Dr. Rachel Barrie is a Master Blender at GlenDronach Distillery, a Scotch whisky distillery located in the Scottish Highlands. Dr. Barrie is one of the few female Master Blenders in the Scotch whisky industry and has over 30 years of experience in the field. She has been a huge advocate for diversity and inclusion in the industry as well.

She is a trained chemist and has a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, which she uses to ensure the consistency and quality of her whiskies. Dr. Barrie is highly respected in the industry and is known for her expertise in the art of cask maturation and blending.

She has worked at a number of other Scotch whisky distilleries and companies, including Macallan and Morrison Bowmore Distillers.
