Whisky Bars & Dreams- The Swan Song Singapore

Now there are a lot of times that a picture says more than a million words, which is quite often. There are other moments where pictures cannot capture the moment, the excitement, and the emotional energy. Like for example when you standing in front of the pyramids you then realize all those pictures and movies that you saw display nothing close to what reality is.

Now I will not say if you happen to be at Singapore, I would say make this a reason to get to Singapore! If there is anything that beats the whiskies of the bar it is the hospitality of Arun and his team.

The bar is a Whisky lover’s dream, from shelf to shelf I could spend hours just looking at those bottles and dreaming about how the liquid should taste. Some of them I did taste, thanks to Arun. Today’s post is about some of the drams I had, unlike usual no detailed tasting notes as I was enjoying the moment too much to bother with tasting notes and yes I had just been served an Ardbeg 1975 from Signatory which turned out to blow my previous best of an Ardbeg 17 (which I liked better than the Lord of the Isles) to bits.
