Remove visual prejudgement and test the nose and palate with the ‘Blind Whisky Tasting Glass’. Due to the blue colour, the visual aspects of whiskies become concealed. Raising other senses, expectation of flavours associated with whisky colouring gets reduced. Prevents anticipation of flavour by masking the visual aspects of the spirit, stem helps to retain temperature of contents by reducing body heat contact. Volume gives room for addition of water if required.
