Mature your own whisky with the Oak Ageing Barrel 5 litre. With a medium char on the inside of the barrel, your spirit is able to closely interact with the characteristics of the wood. American white oak gives spirits a hint of vanilla and caramel from the wood sugars. This cask has been seasoned for appropriate time with ruby port imparting that typical sweetness and dry profile.
