Booking for the event

So folks here is the latest on the event scheduled for 3 April 2021 at ITC Gardenia, Bengaluru.

Again we cannot thank the enthusiasts from this group enough! We were pretty much sold out a week ago with a couple of seats being closed this week. We have closed the booking for the event. So we have a full house as usual with enthusiasts from across the country. It is a matter of pride that the community has come together at such a time- Thank you

RT PCR Test: Please note that as per the latest guideline issued by the health department any one coming into Karnataka needs to carry a -Ve report. Request all members who are travelling to carry this without fail.

Event is open air– We have ensured that there would be adequate distancing during the event. It is our collective responsibility to see that the event is carried out safely, so all advised protocols will be followed.

There have been some requests from the members to have a Amrut distillery visit on the same day during the day. We have requested Amrut and they have conceded a limited number of ( 7 members) for a tour of the distillery on 3rd during the day. We will give preference to the folks from out of town for this.
